Order cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, before processing. Contact us at contact@seesetool.com with your order number.
Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at contact@seesetool.com to receive return instructions. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
